The transfer case on my car failed, but the Sandston Automotive team quickly stepped in. They ordered the necessary parts on a Friday, received them by Tuesday, and had my car back to me by Wednesday. Excellent service and a fantastic team.

Sandston Auto has just gained a customer for life. Kevin's customer service was the absolute best. I took my car somewhere else on a Friday and they couldn't get to it until the following Friday. I called around and boom Kevin said bring her in. Picked up my baby that Monday and dropped her off after hours. Kevin called and said she would be ready the next day. Awesome just awesome!! 2 pairs of shoes, oil change, new right eye and me and my girl were back on the road. Kevin you stay as awesome as you are. I really appreciate you and your team. Thank you 😊

I can’t say enough good things about the amazing crew at Sandston Automotive! Kevin and Josh are absolutely amazing, they’re so helpful and always get me on the schedule quickly! The techs are just as equally amazing, very thorough but punctual! My husband owns his own business and doesn’t have time to service or work on our vehicles any longer and I only trust these guys with our business and personal vehicles! They also have great prices on quality tires! Kevin and Josh are always helpful finding tires fast for great prices! I promise you won’t be disappointed with this shop!
